The Law Offices of R. Grace Rodriguez in association with TamerLaw Corporation combine over 50 years experience to bring you quality eviction services. Please provide responses to ALL of the QUESTIONS as it will expedite the preparation and processing of your Eviction. We will do all we can to move forward quickly when we have all of the information. Once you have completed the intake form, you must make your payment in the amount $1,725.00 to start the eviction. If the eviction is uncontested, there will be no additional fees to judgment. There is an additional fee of $500 to coordinate the Sheriff's lock-out in Los Angeles. If the case is opposed, we charge our regular hourly rate at $350 per hour plus costs. Filling out this questionnaire and paying the fee does not constitute retention of this firm. The retainer agreement must be signed, and you must receive confirmation from us that we have accepted your case.
